Phyto Ultra Nourishing Mask

About a month and a half ago I bought this deep conditioning mask when I ran out of my previous one (I had the Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque). I liked that mask a lot, but wanted to try something new. I have been hearing good things about Phyto products for a while now and when I recently switched hairdressers they used these products on my hair and I loved the way my hair felt afterwards. So I went out to Ulta and bought the mask from the phytokarite line for ultra dry hair for $38. I feel like this mask really soaks into your hair and replenishes it. It is not too greasy and doesn't weigh down my hair at all. I have been using it about once a week and apply it to the "ponytail" section of my hair. I wouldn't apply this to the roots unless you want a really intense treatment every once and a while.

As you can see this is a yellow colored product. It almost feels like it sticks to your hair instead of feeling slippery like some masks do. It doesn't have a particularly nice smell, which isn't a big deal to me, but I know smell is really important to some people so I thought I would mention it. Overall, I think this is a good product with nice ingredients, but it is a little expensive. I think it is worth it since I have seen an improvement in my hair. I feel like I have experienced less dryness and split ends since the purchase, which makes the expense worth it to me. I would say you could find something cheaper that gives you similar results though if you weren't willing to spend the money.
