I bought some of the Real Techniques brushes by Samantha Chapman of Pixiwoo a while ago. I got the Core Collection because I wanted the buffing brush mainly and the powder brush. The brushes are synthetic which I wasn't sure I was going to like especially for the powder brush, but I really like these. The Core Collection costs $18.00 and includes the detailer brush, the pointed foundation brush, the buffing brush and the contour brush. It also comes with a brush case that can be used to travel with and can be used as a stand for your brushes. I think this could have been left out. I don't find it necessary and I feel like it's the only part of this kit that feels kind of cheap. 3 of the 4 brushes can balance on their end, so the stand is kind of irrelevant. The powder brush costs $10.00 and is really soft and fluffy. It also doesn't shed. I find a lot of powder brushes tend to shed.

I use these brushes everyday. I use the buffing brush with my foundation, the pointed foundation brush with my under eye concealer, the detailer brush to cover up acne (very precise), the contour brush when applying my Chanel bronze universal and the powder brush for...you guessed it...powder. I think these are really great quality and they are cheap which is a bonus.
Think about picking some up if you're in need of new brushes. They really are wonderful.
